Logistic Coordinator (Multiple Positions)

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Handles all daily operations matters.

Includes but not limited to the following:

• Handle and process of incoming shipments and related documents based on customer's requirements.

Perform scanning job with customer's warehouse management system.
Ensure all documentation are fulfilled and updated to Head Office timely.
Liaise with relevant parties for out-going shipment or return shipment, when necessary, to support customer order fulfilment.
Support month-end stock take and replenishment of materials.
Input and generate sales order through SAGE.Respond to customers' enquiries.
Perform other administrative duties such as filing and documentation processing.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any relevant disciplineStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, etc)Hands on experience with SAGE is an added advantage.

Good team player and performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Job Information:

Work Environment:
Warehouse (air-con)

Working hours: 5 days' work week (Monday-Friday) – must be willing to work OT if needed.
Monthly Shift Rotation (with shift allowance)

Working Hours:
Morning shift: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 10.30am to 7.30pm

Afternoon shift: 1pm to 10pm (only when needed)
