    Job Description

  • Propose necessary actions for business improvements
  • Communicate well with Corporate Planning team in Japan and business owners in the operating companies for Global Business Unit
  • Organize and monitor Mid-term plan/Budget and forecast for Global Business Unit
  • Analyze and improve financial performance and a propose improvement plans(s)
  • Share the best practice in corporate planning with other operating companies under Global Business Unit
  • Get prepared and continue complying with local regulations and any necessary requirements to go public and continue the business as a public company in Japan

    • Requirements

  • 5 years in Finance and/or Corporate Planning(Preferably working for a holding company which consolidates multiple companies)
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or relevant major(Preferably master's degree in finance or Business Administration)
  • Japanese and English skill to liaise with HQ in Japan
