Order Management Specialist - Singapore - COSMOSTAR SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services according to Company policy and country regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the endtoend order administration received in the region, through various channels, i.e. monitor and ensure orders are processed in accordance with fulfillment operating procedure
- Manage and respond to issues pertaining to order related queries
- Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment
- Coordinate and follow up with customer and partners and maintain strong relationship
- Partners crossfunctionally to develop, track and manage business metrics for the organization
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Supply Chain, or a related field of studies
- At least 2 years' experience in order fulfilment
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
