    Roles & Responsibilities

    Familiar and willing to work for non-profit organisation

    Basic Accounting / Bookkeeping knowledge, preferably able to handle Xero

    Administrative duties such as

    • Updating of membership profile
    • Issuing receipts for payment
    • Arranging training and activities for members
    • Timely submission of required reports
    • Answering phone calls & emails

    Min "N" Level / NITEC

    Well Organised, Self-motivated individual that can multitask

    Able to converse frequently in English & Mandarin

    5 Day work week within central location

    Singaporean / PR only

    Able to start work within short notice
