Our client is a leading FMCG firm of illustrious heritage with a global footprint.

To support business growth in the region, they are looking to hire a proven Commercial Director (SEA) to join their admirable team.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the region to drive ambitious business targets.

You will expand the company's market share and penetrate new markets in the region to drive business development efforts with existing customers and new customers.

You will leverage on your strong relationship to plan and develop new sales initiatives and pipelines. You will provide leadership to the commercial teams in the region to inspire business outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful for this role you will come with 12+ years of experience in Area Sales/Business Development, ideally gained in FMCG industry with a regional focus.

You will be comfortable working in large matrix cross functional teams across regions and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You will be result-driven and have a proven track record of sales leadership performance. In addition, you are good at managing multiple stakeholders and a whiz at managing relationships.
