DescriptionWe are a 3 year-old Italian wine bar and restaurant along Joo Chiat road.We are looking for passionate individuals to join our familyResponsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and its equipment
• Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
• Responsible for front of house opening and closing
• Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
• Performing inventory counts on beverage and other stock
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assist other service crew with work including, but not limited to cleaning the tables, tidying up and setting silverware during service and getting ready for the next seating

Other job related tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• At least one year of experience in a bar preferred
• Energetic with a willing to learn mindset
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to speak English well
• Someone who loves to chat with guests at the bar
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

Benefits:

• Salary from $2800 to $4000 (depending on experience)
• 12 days AL (with increment of 1 day per year until the max of 17 days)
• Monthly Attendance Incentives
• Annual Health Incentives (0 to 2 Mcs - $150 to $800)
• Annual Long Service Incentives from $800 to $2000
• The Employee shall be entitled to either a staff meal or a meal allowance of $4 per day of work performed.
