The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance team is responsible for working closely with cross-functional partners to manage security risks to ensure we meet all industry cybersecurity compliance standards and government regulations through developing governing policies, implementing the security control framework, conducting security risk and control assessments, and staying up-to-date on global compliance initiatives.

Role

The Security Controls Management Lead involves overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive cybersecurity continuous controls monitoring program within the Global Security Organization.

Creating and implementing an industry-leading cybersecurity continuous controls monitoring program with comprehensive reporting
Guiding a team of exceptional risk and controls specialists in effectively identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity controls and framework
Fostering collaboration and cross-functional partnerships to help spread awareness and drive the implementation and validation of cybersecurity controls
Pivoting projects and initiatives to stay up-to-date with a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

As the Security Controls Management Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading the development and implementation of the cybersecurity controls management and reporting strategy and supporting processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS standards
Leading a team to identify, implement, test, and monitor a comprehensive cybersecurity controls framework while developing innovative mitigating control strategies with product and business teams
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of controls embedded within their operational procedures to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Leading the automation of the cybersecurity controls management program and reporting capabilities to capture control maturity while leveraging leading GRC technologies
Staying uptodate on current cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, trends, and best practices to proactively evolve the cybersecurity control framework
Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the cybersecurity controls management program
Communicating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and leaders on cybersecurity risk and controls management topics and programspecific reporting
Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their professional growth and expertise in cybersecurity controls management

6+ years of transforming and leading cybersecurity controls management programs with indepth knowledge and experience of cybersecurity frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC, NIST
