Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Maintenance of common area within a building / residential
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently
- Regular inspection of grounds and facilities
- Attend to breakdown, minor troubleshooting and emergency request
Work location:
Punggol, Bishan, Clementi and Central
Salary:
$1, $2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
