Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Monitor industry trends, technology advancements, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the endtoend supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of raw materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control measures to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality control standards to meet customer requirements and industry regulations.
- Implement quality assurance procedures to identify and resolve operational deficiencies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain product quality and adherence to food safety standards.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement streamlined workflows.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management or a similar role within the same industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven track record of effectively managing and developing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
