Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software and supplies.
- Manage and maintain system servers and network security (Firewall, WLAN, LAN, switches and routers)
- Manage & maintain daily operation of IT services including installation & configuration and setup of all new computer equipment, analog and IP desk phone, printers etc.
- Technical support for users' desktops, laptops, System/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facility and other related IT equipment.
- Troubleshooting of computer network issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch).
- Hardware/Software inventory documentation.
- Perform project management tasks.
- Study, recommend and introduce IT initiatives to improve IT operations.
- Support periodic audit exercises for systems and software in the improvement initiative, performs routine audits and follows up with the remediation actions to close all audit findings.
- Ensuring compliance to IT policy and procedures and IT audit requirements
- Manage company IT assets
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT System Administration in Windows environment, Active Directory and GPO implementation, management and support
- Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy, Virtualization, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Basic knowledge of network operation and Microsoft active directory functions
- Ability to perform pc hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server
