Job Profile Summary:


In this role, you will work closely with the agency in creation of sales opportunities, monitoring the sales activities and be the intermediary to all agency support functions.

As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Cluster Head to build an effective and productive Agency Distribution channel.


Job Description:


  • Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports
  • Be project ICs for agency initiatives like Leads campaigns, MDRT, Awards, Contract Maintenance, Appointment Standards, AL/FC promotions and quarterly incentives
  • Create a culture of commitment and achievement
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment efforts within cluster
  • Assist in the development of sales incentives at department and cluster level
  • Handle all issues for the Agency Leaders (ALs) and Financial Consultants (FCs) to ensure alignment with PACS goals
  • Develop positive business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Manage and drive the implementation of process improvements
  • Work with the Compliance Department regarding FCs and ALs compliance with regulatory and company compliance standards to provide advice to the Agency Distribution
  • Monitoring and recommending the promotions of ALs and FCs

Working Experience

  • Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred
Professional Qualifications

  • CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications is preferred
Education

  • Degree in Business or related fields of study
