Roles & Responsibilities

Site Supervisor


Location:
Balestier Rd

Responsibilities
Assist the project manager in planning and creating schedule for the project.
Coordination of supervision of workers.
Supervise construction projects to ensure they meet technicial specifications.
Keep records of material and labour costs incurred in the construction process.
Monitor the progress of the construction work and performance of subcontractors at the site.
Keeping detailed records of construction site activities.
Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.
Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements
Diploma or Higher qualification in Building and Civil Engineering.
Min 5 years' relevant working experience in construction.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
