    Roles & Responsibilities

Our team is rapidly expanding to fill the next generation leadership roles & advance our current operational capabilities.

    Your Role

    As our QA/QC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the quality group & be responsible for the company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as overseeing the efficient operation of the quality control team in preventing mistakes or defects in our manufactured products.

    Your Calling

    · Lead the successful implementation of the company's QMS with the respective departments

    · Ensure quality manual & procedures are updated & fully implemented by all departments

    · Conduct annual internal quality audit & represent the company during customer audits

    · Prepare Quality Performance Metrics & reports for management

    · Develop and oversee staff KPI and appraisals, and resolving performance issues

    · Communicate with customers, suppliers, certification bodies & government agencies in areas of quality, non-conformance & compliance

    · Maintain corrective & preventive action processes (CAPA, 8D, etc)

    · Manage the daily operations of the Quality Control team, ensuring product testing, first article & final inspections are carried out promptly & documented with submission deadlines met

    · Mentor & develop quality team members including conducting periodic performance appraisals

    Your Success Factors

    · Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience

    · Preferably 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in Quality Assurance &/or Quality Control with people leadership experience

    · Skilled in quality engineering (PPAP, SPC, engineering drawing reading), advanced metrology, maintenance of quality certifications, product quality inspection requirements, calibration control, customer complaints & continuous improvement

    · Experienced in CNC precision manufacturing sector for mechanical component/sub-assemblies

    · Good communicator (both written/verbal). Strong in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel

    · Exhibits leadership initiative. Prioritize & drive for results with the ability to engage & influence stakeholders to achieve important quality objectives

    · LEAN manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & ISO 9001 experience advantageous

    · Excels in a high performance & professionally satisfying work environment

    . Strong management in both QA and QC team
