    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

    • Project execution including cost management, coordination with contractors and project related duties.
    • Submits billings, and estimates to complete change order proposals and other cost related items in a timely manner, ensuring their accuracy.
    • Ensures that all material and equipment is purchased in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Assists with the completion of budgeting, resource planning, operational reports and invoicing.
    • Attend site meetings and inspections.
    • Monitor schedules, oversee construction projects and engineers.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or at least 2 years' experience.
    • Experience in fire safety system would be an advantage.
