    Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
    Oversee manufacturing operations in Singapore and other regional facilities, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
    Develop and implement strategies to optimize regional production capabilities, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
    Lead and mentor a diverse team of manufacturing professionals across multiple locations, fostering a cohesive and high-performance culture.
    Collaborate with site managers to ensure consistency in operational practices and employee development.
    Contribute to the development and execution of the regional manufacturing strategy in alignment with the overall company goals.
    Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for expansion, cost optimization, and increased regional market presence.
    Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards across all manufacturing sites.

    Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, across multiple sites to meet production targets and reduce costs.

    Collaborate with global supply chain teams to manage inventory effectively and ensure timely availability of materials.
    Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all regional facilities.
    Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination between regional manufacturing and other business functions.


    The Successful ApplicantRequirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.

    Extensive experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with a track record of managing operations across multiple sites in the Asia-Pacific region.

    Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and global supply chain dynamics.
    Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Familiarity with quality management systems and health and safety regulations.
    Travelling will be required.
