Tan Chin Tuan Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Tecity Group, founded by the late banker and philanthropist, Tan Sri (Dr) Tan Chin Tuan.

The Group also comprises a public-listed arm, Straits Trading Company; an investment arm, Tecity Family Office and owns the Tan Chin Tuan Mansion.


Executive

_Job Responsibilities _

  • Work with a team to catalyse and deliver programmes that are aligned with the vision and mission of Tan Chin Tuan Foundation
  • Identify and evaluate the needs of the community to enable the foundation to fill in the service gaps
  • Conduct research on the social service landscape to determine current needs and gaps
  • Coordinate, support and execute foundation's planned programmes within allocated budget
  • Build bridges between the foundation and all its stakeholders through grants, research and touchpoints
  • Manage requests of grants, conduct reviews of grant proposals, prepare analysis and recommendations for grant approvals
  • Creates content on various communication platforms
  • Assist in preparing agendas, papers, meeting minutes taking and presentation for meetings

_Job Requirements _

  • A tertiary education with at least 25 years of relevant socialcommunity service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and manage projects within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Dynamic, resourceful and with a positive attitude and mindset
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications
