Description

An immediate need for an Associate Accountant - Accounts Receivable (AR) based on the western side of Singapore. This presents an exciting opportunity for you to join a rapidly expanding company in one of the most exciting industry.

Descriptions & Requirements:

. Responsible for Accounts Receivable, record and process all business transactions in the accounting systems.

. Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

. Perform month-end closing activities and produce management reporting and schedules for submission.

. Perform Intercompany Receivable reconciliation.

. Follow up on Collection of Outstanding invoices from Customers and Intercompany

. Review and assist in setting Customer Credit Term and Limit according to company policy

. Responsible in preparation of accounting, management, statutory, GST and compliance reporting.

. Responsible to internal and external audit preparation, queries & request (corporate tax agents, auditors and related government agencies).

. Assist in Maintenance, Capitalisation and Verification of Fixed Asset in system including asset tagging.

. Maintain proper filing of documentation and records.

. Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA Level 2 or equivalent, Degree in Accountancy

. Min 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable role

. Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint

. Knowledge on SAP system will be an advantage
