Executive/assistant Manager, Quality Management - Singapore - CPG FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE LTD
Description
Plan and execute ISO audits across site operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.- Collaborate with site operation teams to prepare for audits required by regulatory authorities.
- Prepare comprehensive Audit Reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update system procedures/quality control plan for the System Manual as necessary to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Facilities Management and Business Continuity Management policy and plans, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all areas.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and facilitate external audits and accreditations as required.
- Undertake any adhoc duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Quality Management team.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
- 2 years or more relevant experience in Facilities Management / Quality Management / Safety Management
- ISO 9001 or QEHS Internal Auditor Certification or equivalent is required
- Effective communication skills
