    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Reconcile invoices & identify discrepancies.
    • Regularly reviewing & following up outstanding payment from customers.
    • Assist with account payable & receivable.
    • Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters.
    • Assist customer query and prepare sales quotation.
    • General administrative duties.

    Requirements

    • Computer literate in Microsoft Office/Quickbook.
    • Good initiative, ability to work independently & able to take instructions efficiently.
    • Good team-player & interpersonal skills.
    • 5 Days work week a.m. to 06.00p.m.
