- Reconcile invoices & identify discrepancies.
- Regularly reviewing & following up outstanding payment from customers.
- Assist with account payable & receivable.
- Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters.
- Assist customer query and prepare sales quotation.
- General administrative duties.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office/Quickbook.
- Good initiative, ability to work independently & able to take instructions efficiently.
- Good team-player & interpersonal skills.
- 5 Days work week a.m. to 06.00p.m.
