Job title - Sales Director, HNC ASEAN

Location - Singapore

Job model - Hybrid

Based in Singapore, the Sales Director, HNC ASEAN will lead a diverse team of account managers that is responsible for customers across all 5 HNC segments - Early Life Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Pharma, Nutrition Improvement and Medical Nutrition and is responsible for growth of business across all 3 channels of sales - straights, premix and Market Ready Solution (MRS).

Your key responsibilities

Develop and implement the HNC sales strategy, plan and operations, in line with the segment strategy and to achieve both sales and EBITDA targets
Guide account managers in developing and maintaining strategic account plans for key customers and distributors
Engage and maintain a strong relationship with senior stakeholders of key strategic customers
Monitor execution of the sales plans and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met
Coach and develop the team to deliver high performance and ensure sustainability in leadership
Provide and share relevant market information and recommendations with the regional and global teams that will impact decision making on commercial and business strategy, new product and market development and portfolio

You bring

Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in a matrix organization
A degree in Food Science or Chemistry or related field
A sound understanding of the Food, Dietary Supplement and/or Pharma industries and the market dynamics of relevant ingredient business
Experience in business management, performance targets, sales operational excellence and management of a sales team
Experience in account management, front end sales activities and commercial activities will be advantageous
Strong business and financial acumen
