- Work with Business Development Team to develop new customers and markets for catering and manufactured food products
- Outline solutioning for industrial customers with product, process, equipment and manpower requirement
- Propose menus and recipes detailing material used, quantities and costs
- Develop processes methods to achieve product quality, shelf-life and production efficiency
- Establish packaging, transfer, storage and application methods for products
- Coordinate production with Central Kitchen team
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Min 3 year culinary experience in large-scale industrial kitchen or food factory
- Familiar with local catering and F&B needs and operation
- Knowledge of food science & technology
- Ability to present proposals and write documentations
