    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work with Business Development Team to develop new customers and markets for catering and manufactured food products
    • Outline solutioning for industrial customers with product, process, equipment and manpower requirement
    • Propose menus and recipes detailing material used, quantities and costs
    • Develop processes methods to achieve product quality, shelf-life and production efficiency
    • Establish packaging, transfer, storage and application methods for products
    • Coordinate production with Central Kitchen team
    • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Min 3 year culinary experience in large-scale industrial kitchen or food factory
    • Familiar with local catering and F&B needs and operation
    • Knowledge of food science & technology
    • Ability to present proposals and write documentations
