Description

Manage cash and sales transactions

Responsible for daytoday retail operations and sales achievement of given target
Communicate to customers about ongoing promotions
Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
Adhere to duty roster & assignments given by the Supervisors/Managers
Be the company's front line ambassador to uphold company's branding and image
Any other adhoc assignment or project assigned by your Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimally 1 year of customer service experience in retail industry preferred
Good communication skills and team player
Serviceoriented with strong interpersonal skills
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fastpaced environment
Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
Allowances + Incentives provided
