Head, CIFO - Group Facilities Development

The Head of Group Facility Development (FD) in NUHS leads the team of project managers in the planning and execution of Facility Development projects in NUHS and sets up of project management systems and tools to enable the team to do their work

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and execution of FD projects in NUHS
Develop systems and tools to enable consistency in delivery of infra projects in the cluster
Manage and develop team of Facilities Development staff including professional development
Adhoc duties and projects in support of CIFO's mission

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or any other building related studies
Work experience of at least 20 years with a Degree, or 25 years with a diploma, along with 10 years of leadership experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage ambiguities in the course of work
Team player and able to collaborate with stakeholders of various functions
Proven track record in public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects is a must
Able to multitask and coping with multiple tasks concurrently
