- Plan and carry out investigations relating to workplace and employee misconduct/non-compliance matters and thereafter put up appropriate recommendations on the next course of action necessary.
- Collaborate and provide support to HRBP and BU representatives in the management of workplace and employee disciplinary matters.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, inclusive of all needed communications relating to employee whistle blowing and grievance matters.
- Review and maintain relevant Company policies to ensure currency and relevancy.
- Carry out proactive checks to ensure employee compliance to Company policy guidelines and code of business conduct and ethics.
- Develop and review HR processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform analytics on employee behavioural/disciplinary trends and make appropriate recommendations to Management.
- Degree from a recognised institution.
- Proficient in MS Office applications – Access, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Audit, compliance and/or investigation-related certification – e.g. ACFE
- Strong analytical thinking with good judgement and integrity
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills

Job Purpose
You will play a key role in ensuring that investigations into cases of alleged employee misconduct are effectively and timely carried out. You will also partner HRBP counterparts to guide colleagues from Business Unit in the management of whistle blowing cases, ensuring that they are followed up based on established guidelines, workflows and timelines.
