Provide full range of secretarial to MD & admin support of the SGP office
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to the Managing Director;
- Maintain the Managing Director's daily schedule and keep a record and update calendar with coordinating internal and external parties;
- Organize all travel arrangements for the office staff including flight ticket and accommodation, itinerary planning, etc.;
- Provide support on sales reports, business figures, and prepare any business related documents;
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately;
- Work effectively with all other departments;
- Assist for company/ staff event or activities;
- Handle adhoc projects and assignments assigned independently.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, Business, Retail, Finance or Marketing related discipline will be an advantage;
- Minimum 2 years or above relevant personal assistant experience;
- Initiative, selfmotivated, wellorganized, and good interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail, fastpaced, strong communication and organization skills;
