Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operating activities of the clinic & branchs
Manage and allocate manpower resources to meet the clinic's requirement
Ensure overall cleanliness and conformance to the Health & Safety regulations as required
Responsible for inventory management
Responsible for all insurance /TPA Claim
Collate report every end of the month
Manage appointments
Oversee and appraise staff performance
Train and develop staff
Encourage effective teamwork
Liaise with other Practice Managers should the need arise
Other adhoc duties as assigned by Director
Able to work weekend & public holidays

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma
Minimum 0 to 1 years experience as a clinic manager
Previous experience with managing Insurance/TPA Claims
Knowledge in Plato Software will be an advantage
Resourceful and able to communicate effectively with staff, doctors, and patients
Possess strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and work effectively in a team
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
