- Responsible for overseeing store management and collaborating with the store manager to plan and execute various marketing strategies from the headquarters.
- Ensure effective division of labor management across departments during shifts.
- Oversee the procurement, loading, and replenishment of goods, and managing related operations such as goods acceptance, product display, product quality, and service quality.
- Supervise merchandise loss management in stores and maintaining control over the scale of merchandise loss.
- Possession of a diploma degree or higher.
- Priority consideration for applicants with over two years of experience in independently managing chain brand catering establishments within the service industry, along with a background in store management.
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude, enthusiasm, cheerfulness, confidence, and a strong service orientation.
- Exhibits diligence and a strong team spirit.
- Displays a robust aptitude for learning, a determined mindset, a positive professional attitude, and a genuine passion for the job.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
