Salary Range:
Up to $3,400.00

This is a Permanent role.

Job Scope:

Ensure timely and accuracies in payroll administration and compliance with statutory requirements
Prepare employment letters, settling up of Personnel files and safekeeping of other required documents
Manage the HR/Payroll system ensuring accurate information is updated at all times
Process statutory claims such as NS makeup claims, government paid maternity and childcare leave
Any other adhoc assignments assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experience in payroll functions
Minimum Diploma
Able to meet tight deadlines and is meticulous with an eye for details
Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Experience in payroll software especially Paymaster
