Description
The Management Trainee main responsibilitiesincludes providing excellent customer service,assist and advocate customers on in-storeongoing promotions to boost outlet's sales.

TheManagement Trainee will also carry out foodorders preparation, support the kitchen crewwhen in need, as well as in-charge ofsanitisingfood preparation areas and cleaningduties when required.


Job Descriptions

  • Assist Operations Manager on the floor in service operations.
  • Assist in manage F&B and daily operationsof restaurant outlets in accordance to company standards and budgeted guidelines.
  • Display and always maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Be attentive to guests' request efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for settingup and handling work station(s) assigned.
  • Perform effective problemsolving skills when necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness and work order incompliance with standards at all times.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experiences in restaurant service
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and delegate task efficiently to team
  • Guestoriented and serviceminded
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
