- Development of skills in operational process management and improvement.

- Shadowing & Learning from Senior Staff: Observing and learning from experienced bank operational personnel to gain a better understanding of the department's functions.

- Ad-Hoc Projects: Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with basic OCBC deposit products and services and industry regulations are preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using common software applications such as MS office.
- Communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with colleagues.
