Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

Design and roll out changes and improvements to systems, business processes and data that are enabled and implemented through technology.

Develop actionable insights in business processes, and business data used for decisionmaking and controls.

Manage the delivery of software engineering artefacts from vendors.

Conduct SIT, UAT and other tests to ensure the robustness of changes.

Train users and develop documentation on the use of systems.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in IT systems analysis and HR processes and concepts in a medium to large organisation

Experience in managing vendor for Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements Forms, and Work flow development in a Human Resource Management System.

Experience in core Human Resource Management System modules: Personnel, Payroll, Leave, Training, Claims, Appraisal, Attendance

Experience in HR business processes - HR core processes (Recruitment, On boarding, Performance Appraisal, Performance Management and Training / Competency Management)

Good to have

Experience in facilitating Manpower and Headcount budget planning is desirable.

Experience in data analysis with Power BI is a plus.
