    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our Client:

    Our client is a global leader in advanced industrial products and high-value services for the energy and mobility sectors. With a global presence, our client commands significant market share for seamless stainless steel tubular solutions. Employing over 2,000 professionals across the globe. Additionally, our client maintains manufacturing facilities, service centers and sales offices worldwide.

    As the Projects & Commercial Head of their Offshore business in the region, the main responsibility of this role is to oversee key account management, project-based sales, and market analysis to drive growth and profitability within the Southeast Asia region and Australia.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Manage relationships with key accounts in Southeast Asia and Australia, ensuring satisfaction and retention
    • Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities, collaborating with EPC firms and end-users in industries like FPSO, Midstream & Platform business
    • Exhibit deep technical knowledge of stainless-steel seamless tubes, pipes, and fittings, especially in oil & gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors
    • Oversee pre and post-order project management for Offshore & Midstream projects.
    • Conduct market analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies in Southeast Asia and Australia
    • Lead a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets
    • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless execution of sales orders and projects

    The Requirements:

    • 8-10 years in Steel or related industry with strong product knowledge
    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Business Administration qualification is advantageous
    • Proficient in written and oral English is required to be able to communicate effectively with English speaking stakeholders
    • Technical expertise in stainless steel seamless tubes, pipes, and fittings, adhering to industry standards
    • Successful track record in key account management and project-based sales
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Results-driven mindset focused on business growth and profitability
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Extensive travel within the SEA region
