    Roles & Responsibilities

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of working experience in the eldercare sector
    • Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification
    • Good communication skills and fluent in dialects or other languages
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Able to work on rotating weekends
    • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office skills

    Job Description:

    • Prepare and conduct activities for residents in a nursing home setting
    • Plan and implement social and recreational activities such as outings to the park, for the residents
    • Assist in conducting daily group exercises for the residents
    • Assist in serving of meals to residents during meal time
    • Work with volunteers to organise and implement activities for the resident
    • Provide timely administrative works to ensure proper documentation and/or reporting purposes.
