Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified educator for a Chinese family. This role involves overseeing the social, academic and emotional development of 2 children aged 5 and 7.

The CEO is required to maximize the children's potentials by formulating effective program through collaborating, hiring and supervising external educators who will be engaging with the children.

The CEO is required to assumes other responsibilities assigned when required.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in Both Chinese and English
High integrity with a set of positive character traits
Empathetic and sociable, cooperate to develop and participate in children's afterschool and holiday teaching activities and outdoor activities.
Committed and experienced individual who is caring and passionate in children education
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail, especially to any behavioral changes in children
Ability to track learning progresses and produce informative reports
Highly organized with excellent writing, technical and communication skills Excellent at written and oral communication, especially in presentation with stakeholders (i.e teachers, parents, children, etc)
Skilled in identifying problems and propose potential solutions
Excellent track records in the education sector (private tutor, public tutor, education administrator, etc.)

职位要求:
- 流利的中英文双语。
- 会弹钢琴,可以陪伴孩子一同练琴。
- 为人正直热情,具有积极向上的乐观品质。
- 善解人意,善于交际,能够积极的参与孩子课余和假期的各项教学活动及户外活动,并对其设计有效的活动计划。
- 有较强的责任心和丰富的儿童教育经验,对儿童教育充满爱心和热情。
- 有较强的工作适应能力和协调能力,可以独立完成自己的工作。
- 心思细腻,注意细节,能够及时发现孩子的任何行为及心理变化。
- 及时跟进孩子的学习进度,并提供内容完善的总结报告。
- 条理清晰,具备出色的写作能力和沟通技巧,擅长书面和口头交流,尤其是与孩子相关的负责人(如老师、家长、孩子等)的沟通和汇报。
- 善于发现潜在问题并提出有效的解决方案。
- 有在教育领域的良好经验及记录(如私人导师、公共导师、教育管理等方面)。
