Description
The company is looking for a passionate and dedicated person to join us asBusiness Development Executive to
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue generation and customer satisfaction. This includes strategizing business operations to meet Company's vision and missions, diversifying and establishing new and viable revenue streams, generating leads, increasing client base and selling possibilities, mapping business strengths, and customer needs, developing and maintaining client relationships corporate partnerships;
- Lead product/program development and improvement. This includes conducting market research, identifying market gaps, designing and tailoring new programs for different target segments, training, and testing operations teams to execute deliver and conduct programs, overseeing product/program quality control and sales recovery; and
- You have strong business acumen in the green economy and enjoy being outdoors and meeting people.
Requirements:
- Consistent background in securing new business & partnerships
- Strong sales track record and experience designing and implementing business development strategies
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and working in teams
- Relevant sector experience 2 years and more
