    Description

    We are a fast growing company in search of a FAM possessing exceptional 'hospitality' skills and a robust background in 'Facilities Management,' coupled with a customer-centric appoach.

    This individual will assume a managerial role, overseeing facilities services, maintenance, repairs, and asset management for an extensive portifolio, of buildings.

    In this position, the individual will be a responsible for managing the relationship with our client, a third-party provider handling facilities repair & maintenance tasks, along with associated projects.

    Goals & Objectives:

    The Facilities Account manager has the responsibility of supervising third-party vendors in the areas of facilities, health, and safety while monitoring operational expenses and performance. Serving as the single point of contact for assigned buildings, vendors and stakeholder management related to the listed responsibilites.

    The Facilities Account Manager may need to travel as required within their market.

    Responsibilites:

    .Continuous focus on improving client service through improvement plans.

    .Act as the intermediary between the client's team and the building's property Management team for any escalated issues.

    .Tak a proactive approach to Operational standards. safety, communication, and cost management.

    .Project manage Global and Regional Project rollouts to location and suppliers, including HSE, OPEX, and Capital Improvements.

    .Ensure Fire & Life Safety and local code compliance, WHS training, and compliance with H&S Standards.

    .Approve and maintain the budget for ad-hoc Service Requests outside of standard contracts

    .Plan and manage technicians

    .Oversee planned preventative maintenance

    .Manage all Preventative Maintenance Programs across your portfolio.

    .Prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities.

    .Monitor governance and cost-saving initiatives.

    .Meet KPI targets within the portfolio set by the project director.

    .Participate in building opening handover and defect completion.

    .Coach and lead executive technicians and corordinate with vendors and suppliers.

    Qualifications Requirement:

    .Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in facilities management, including overseeing maintenance functions across multiple locations.

    .Demonstrated expertise in financial operational cost accountability, involving the monitoring of budgets and forecasts, as wll as proficiency in P&L

    .Proven track record in managing mulitple vendor partners.

    .Familiarity with operations language and execution.

    .Robust working knowledge of local legislation, statutory requirements for operations, and understanding of commerical MEP systems, specifically ACMV, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, and electrical distribution networks,.

    .Excellent communication and skills applicable across various staffing levels.

    .Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionalluy in a fast-paced enviroment.

    .Strong computer skills, with proficiency in technical applications such as Google sute, Microsoft Sutie, and data analytics.
