We are looking for a
SPA Therapist for our Luxury Salon which is based out in Singapore
(Central Business District)
As a _
SPA Therapist_, you will play a crucial role in providing various therapeutic and relaxation treatments to clients.

Responsibilities
1.

Client Consultation:

Conducting initial consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, health history, and any concerns or contraindications for certain treatments.

2.

Treatment Planning:

Assessing clients' requirements and recommending appropriate spa treatments, therapies, and techniques based on their preferences, goals, and physical conditions.

3.

Spa Treatments:

Performing a variety of spa treatments, which may include massages, facials, body wraps, exfoliation treatments, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, and other therapeutic techniques.

4.

Massage Techniques:

Utilizing different massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, and prenatal massage, among others, to address specific client needs.

5.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrating knowledge of spa products, including oils, lotions, creams, and other skincare or wellness products, and recommending suitable options to clients.

6.

Sanitation and Hygiene:

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms, ensuring proper sanitization of equipment, and adhering to spa protocols and safety guidelines.

7.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing client concerns, ensuring their comfort during treatments, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

8.

Sales and Upselling:
Promoting additional spa services, packages, or retail products to clients based on their needs, preferences, and treatment outcomes.

Supplemental pay types:

Performance bonus
