    Roles & Responsibilities

    Description:

    • Passion for providing great customer service.
    • Possess good interpersonal skills, must always be presentable and be in uniform during working hours.
    • Handle incoming calls; determine purpose of calls and direct calls to appropriate persons / departments.
    • Take and relay messages.
    • Display the daily newspapers.
    • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Direct guests to correct destinations.
    • Deal with queries from public and within the organisation.
    • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organisation.
    • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
    • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
    • Report suspicious parcels not meant for anyone in the organisation to the Airport Police Division.
    • Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and ensure equipment relevant to reception area is in working condition.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum GCE 'O' level with 3 credits including credit in English.
    • Some working experience as receptionist and preferably with experience / certificate in office skills.
    • Proficiency in conversing in English is required. The role involves attending to and communicating with visitors and staff primarily in English as well as Mandarin or Malay.
    • Pleasant character / personality with the ability to project a professional image for CAG.
