    About the company

    Our client is a leading company in the oil and gas industry. They are looking for a HR Assistant to be part of the HR operations team in supporting its day to day operations.

    About the job

    Reporting into the HR Manager and supporting the day to day operations, you will:

    • Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including employment letter preparation, employment pass application and renewal, employee offboarding
    • Provide training support including course registration, data entry and administration of assessment
    • Prepare and submit statutory reports when required
    • Support other HR projects as required

    Skills and experience required

    • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, supporting HR operations
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Good understanding of local employment legislation, international labor law is a plus
    • Collaborative and a team player
