- Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including employment letter preparation, employment pass application and renewal, employee offboarding
- Provide training support including course registration, data entry and administration of assessment
- Prepare and submit statutory reports when required
- Support other HR projects as required
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, supporting HR operations
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of local employment legislation, international labor law is a plus
- Collaborative and a team player
