Responsibilities:
- Liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to identify and develop JD and requirements
- Update our employee information in HRIS
- Liase with internal line managers and external parties and participate in job fairs or any other recruitment initiatives
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment report
- Conduct exit interview and provide appropriate recommendations to increase retention
- Provide support in new People / HR initiatives and adhoc HR support whenever necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist or recruitment experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry
- Experience in hiring blue collar employees is a strong advaantage
- Good understanding of the HR practices including the Employment Act and Tripartite standards
- Strong knowhow about recruitment channels and sources
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, organisational and numeracy skills with an eye for details
- Good working attitude & selfdriven
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English and Mandarin due to business requirements (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
- Willing to conduct outlet visits
