The Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for our online sales & the performance of onsite store, oversee the development and utility of the site, adopt data-driven approach to optimize marketing tactics to ensure the site's commercial potential is maximized.
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and refine the strategy and tactics in order to meet business objectives
- Own the performance roadmap for our ecommerce store, drive shortterm solutions, in both store management and marketing tactics, while balancing focus, and developing longterm opportunities for new digital customer acquisition and conversion.
- Work closely in collaboration with centralized onsite, performance marketing and CRM teams to manage local tools to deliver onsite sessions and CR.
- Leverage and build relationship with merchandise team and brands that are critical to driving ecommerce success develop collaborative campagins and features.
Key Requirements:

Commercial / Marketing Management Experience
- Strong in implementing strategies that drive results
- Led past projects with proven track results
- Resultsoriented
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence
- Able to manage complex situations, tight timelines and multiple stakeholders
- 5 years in Marketing Management role
Analytical and Data Savvy
- Able to formulate strategies with data and insights provided
- Give valuable feedback and suggested action plans based off data and analysis
Passion for Beauty, Fashion and Trends
- Having a keen interest in the beauty industry with a flair for trends and style
