Associate (Compliance) - Cheers


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct CSA checks for Corps and Franchisee.
  • Conduct and verify vending machines cash collection.
  • Conduct stocktake observations for Corps and ExxonMobil stations.
  • Submission of CSA weekly report.
  • Ensure Cash float/4D float and sales takings are kept safe and recorded in the safe log sheet.
  • Ensure no other monies or unauthorised items are found in the safe.
  • Examined and documented in the Cashier Performance Weekly report. Check for any irregularities in refund transactions.
  • Ensure Staff declaration log book and excess shortage promptly updated.
  • Ensure service items equivalents are adequately maintained with no error.
  • Check near expiry phone cards to return supplier/HQ in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Inter Branch Transfer Form is approved by AM and filed in store for verification.
  • Ensure physical inventory & records for cigarettes & service items are properly maintained and accurately updated.
  • Ensure PO/RTV/TRTV records created on inventory are complete, filed and maintained.
  • Ensure resigned/transferred/separated loan staff ID has been removed.
  • Ensure POS ID has to be created using employee ID & Password are changed in Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct of every calendar year.
  • Ensure yearly safe combination change in April and to be changed immediately if key staff resign or transfer.
  • Ensure daily check for DVR/CCTV in working condition and BIC reviews CCTV recording and security equipment as in accordance to SOP.
  • Ensure CISCO Log Sheet/Self Banking Log Sheet is used for acknowledgment of cash handed over to CISCO/BANK on banking day, and Area Manager/Executive reviewed the document during store visit. Check all handover done by BIC or delegated staff (delegation form duly filled & signed).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a relevant Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in relevant position within retail industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English
  • A Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
  • Strong and independent team player
  • Great attention to details
