    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Based out of either our Hong Kong or Singapore offices, you will be a core member of the Wasserman Asia leadership team, your main responsibility will be to drive new and incremental Brands business across Southeast Asia.
    • Oversight of Wasserman Asia's current client work, finding strategic gaps & opportunities for incremental growth.
    • Senior advisor to the Wasserman client account leads, with oversight of key work streams.
    • Responsible for senior client stakeholder relationships & troubleshooting, supporting Account Directors lead day-to-day client relationships.
    • Act as a senior voice in the region, promoting our Wasserman brand & expertise both internally and externally.

    Business Development

    • Responsible for the growth strategy for the Wasserman Asia business, reporting into the Wasserman Regional leadership team.

    • Unlocking relationships with new brands in the region through networking, events, speaker opportunities & targeted thought leadership communications.

    • Play a lead role in the development and presentation of client pitch proposals, working with experts from across the Wasserman business.

    • Leveraging internal client network across the Wasserman global network to drive incremental regional scopes.

    • Aligning with the Wasserman Rights team both globally and regionally to capitalise on mutual benefiting network.

    • Proactively seek ways to positively PR Wasserman and our services so we are front of mind when opportunities present themselves.

    Client / Account Oversight

    • Develop an excellent understanding of our client strategy and brand objectives, market and key competitor threats

    • Form trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at key partners/rights holders

    • Interrogate clients briefs to unlock maximum commercial opportunities/fees for Wasserman

    • Interrogate rights holder proposals, lead partnership negotiations on behalf of Wasserman clients

    • Oversight of robust partnership strategy & campaigns, delivering measurable results against overall brand strategy

    • Oversight of all internal and inter-agency campaign development

    • Ensure project timelines are (over) delivered upon by account teams, accurate budget & project reporting

    • Oversee KPI setting and campaign evaluation with client team, rights holders and Wasserman team

    • Regular forward planning to anticipate client challenges / issues and put in place proactive solutions

    Internal Communications

    • Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit internally and amongst client teams

    • Draw upon senior experience from across Wasserman to optimise quality of work across all client accounts

    • Ensure team adhere to all Wasserman process & procedures at all times

    Financial Accountability/Commercial Acumen

    • Proactively track our Wasserman Asia pipeline across all new & incremental opportunities

    • Provide accurate reporting utilising Salesforce to monitor our forecast against budget

    • Identify opportunities for increased profitability across client work and areas for growth

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

    • 8+ years working within the global sport/entertainment industry is preferable

    • Experience managing significant annual budgets agency or client side

    • Excellent client management skills - ability to manage senior clients and gain trust and respect of all stakeholders

    • Demonstrably grown business/revenue/growth for a single client or portfolio of clients

    • Demonstrably enhanced client relationships, nurturing & growing commercial relationships

    • Team leadership – ability to empower, delegate and inspire a team, promoting a positive & flexible team culture

    • Excellent presentation skills (both writing and delivery) internally and to clients

    • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and attention to detail

    • Creative thinker, with an eye for spotting an opportunity and delivering on it

    • Deep knowledge of, and passion for sport / entertainment landscape

    • Experience working in Hong Kong, Singapore and Southeast Asia would be preferable

    • Able to work on a hybrid basis from our Hong Kong or Singapore offices.
