Admin & Ops Support Assistant - Singapore - WINGSOVERASIA PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Hangar66 Building entry & welcoming guests processes
- Proper & adequate signages
- Most uptodate & adequate marketing materials and display
- Selfservice procedures for:
- Visitor registration
- WOA or tenant office visitation
- Parking lot organisation & allocation
- Provide full receptionist duties for WOA guests and activities
- Coordination with outsourced security guard support
- Manage the receipt & further distribution of courier services & deliveries from external vendors to the final recipients
- Ensure turnon and readiness of all Hangar66 building areas, including the various membership lounges in the mornings
- Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene levels in overall Hangar66 building and also at F&B outlets
- Monitor cleanliness standards and service level compliance of work performed by both inhouse and outsourced cleaning staff
- Be trained and attain certification for Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) Coordinator; Perform ECC Coordinator daily duties and assist with NEA audits and inspections
- Participate in company CERT, a key member as a fire warden, manage fire drills
- Assist in coordination and onsite support for Hangar66 buildingrelated repairs & maintenance activities
- Provide administration support to general WOA matters, Flight Operations and Membership Services including data entry via MS Excel or other platforms, tracking of specific data/information, outgoing enquiry calls to suppliers & other entities, coordinate RFQs
- Perform other adhoc duties/assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- 5 day work week; daily start at 8:30am
- Posses excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Can think and solve problems quickly and creatively
- Must be resultoriented and able to work independently
- Demonstrated ability and experience in multitasking successfully
- Superior communication (oral & written) skills
- English plus Mandarin or Bahasa preferred
