    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to support our expanding operations.

    Description

    • Assisting in managing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
    • Liaise and follow up with suppliers/vendors.
    • Daily matching of supplier's invoices with supporting documents such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order
    • Tracking deliveries.
    • General data entry and filing.
    • All other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required.

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
    • Good Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
