Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive for TV and Advertising Media Sales to Agencies with a strong focus on the Singapore market and a specific emphasis on catering to the Indian audiences.

As an Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth by promoting our TV and advertising media solutions.

This position requires a deep understanding of the Singapore media market, the Indian community in Singapore, and the advertising industry.


Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and engage with advertising agencies in India, Dubai & Singapore that focus on reaching the Indian audiences.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within advertising agencies, including media planners, buyers, and account managers.
  • Present and pitch our TV and advertising media solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition for Indian audience targeting.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies, understanding their needs, and providing tailored media solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and operations to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to TV and advertising media in Singapore.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, leverage synergies, and drive collective success.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising proposals and materials for client presentations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the media industry, with a focus on TV and advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore media market, particularly with regard to the Indian community.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with advertising agency operations and media planning processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and emerging media trends is a plus.
