Senior Accountant, Finance Operations:

Posting Date: 25 Dec 2023You will be in charge of the finance functions of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets, and supervise a team who are supporting these functions.

You will support and work closely with departments on appropriate cost recovery strategies for shared facilities/services and centralised fixed assets, and will participate in new initiatives/projects.

You are responsible for reviewing and streamlining work processes for day-to-day operations and will be involved in the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise.

You will also oversee the full set of accounts of a dormant subsidiary, prepare its financial and management reports, and appropriate returns.

You will report to Senior Manager, Finance Operations and will also assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Deputy Director and/or CFO.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Good understanding of statutory and accounting reporting requirements, tax regulations and guidelines
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
Team player with the ability to manage crossfunctional and institutional relationships and multitask in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID19
