Responsible in setting new exciting direction for a small restaurant (25 pax capacity) with Korean and contemporary identity

  • Constructing menus with new or existing plates ensuring the variety and quality of options
  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
  • Plan orders of ingredients according to needs
  • Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff
  • Oversee the work of kitchen staffs
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers

Job Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience at Korean restaurants
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Able to perform shift work
  • Able to commit to work overtime if required
  • Responsible and trustworthy
