Description
The aim of this program is to identify and develop motivated and future leaders who are interested and are passionate to support the maritime industry.
The Program:
Upon successful completion of the program with satisfactory performance achievement, the trainee would be offered permanent position with WSM.
Who are we looking for?:
- University graduate with a Bachelor or Master Degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Naval Architecture, Naval Engineering, Maritime Studies (GPA at least 3.0). With or without experience.
- A person with good communication/interaction skills (proficient in written and spoken English).
- Dynamic, positive and creative mindset.
- Determined to succeed within the Maritime industry and to grow as a leader.
- Willingness to relocate within WSM group.
