Purchasing Executive (Full Time)

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION.

Sourcing & purchasing of material/ equipment
Liaise with vendors and monitoring of purchase order schedule
Use of Purchase system with Microsoft Navision
Reconcile vendors' DO with PO
Perform other purchasing duties as assigned
Min 'O' Level or equivalent
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required
Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
Good coordination and communication skills
